The delicacy of its flavoursome notes gently arouses the palate, drawing its subtlety from the attentive ageing of the eaux-de-vie blended to produce it.Thanks to their maturation in old casks, these eaux-de-vie have kept the slight tint of oak without being overly marked by the wood. Aromas of jasmine, orange blossom and other flowery notes emerge, spiced with smoky accents that balance the freshness of the flowery notes. The persistence of the finish is surprising, given the absolute deli cacy of its texture. Only the most rare of all cognacs are capable of such persistence.
